I have always loved color and wanted to be able to draw.  I did not know much information about art until I took an art class in high school, but shelved that creativity until college when I minored in Studio Art.  Several years later, I was encouraged to engage art as a hobby once again.  After studying through several books, taking classes, and doing a few commissions through the next several years, I kept learning and honing my craft.

In 2016, after my dog, Bekah, was diagnosed with terminal bone cancer, I decided to pursue art more as a full-time passion than only hobby.  In 2018, I won 1st place in Robertson Co Fair and 2nd place in TN State Fair in Line Drawings.  Continuing with classes, I love art and have found a commitment to create through the use of different mediums and all colors to express myself.  I live outside of Nashville with my husband, two French Bulldogs, and three cats.
